Accordingly, a Registered Public Charitable
Trust (Foundation) namely Shanthi Social Services was created in the year
1996 and 11.31% of the ownership of Shanthi Gears Limited was donated by
the promoters. |
| |
|
Shanthi Social Services are engaged in the
social service activities mainly for the education of the less privileged ones,
rural developments like construction of Roads, School Buildings and other
amenities and providing medical assistance for the poor and needy etc. |
