We have an extensive in-house Engineering facility, experienced in providing optimum and comprehensive technical solutions for the last four decades. Our engineering set-up has state-of-the-art work stations with industrial leading CAD/CAM/CAE packages, including- CREO/Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, Cimatron, Kisssoft, AGMA gear suite, TK Solver, ANSYS, Cosmos, Pro-Mechanicca, Gleason-TCA, and etc..

Technology Center

To keep our products a cut above the competition, we have the separate Technology  Center (R&D), for continuing research, development and technology up-gradation activities. Our  young and energetic team is dedicated to introduce the  a world of new ideas, innovations and solutions for improved plant performance and product quality. The direct consultancy from the gear experts of the European gear industry who have the hands on experience over four decades with variety of projects, blends the right proportion of the R&D team towards optimum creativity and productivity, yet cost effective.

Engineering Services

We undertake Re-Engineering of existing gears and gearboxes, for any Plant and Machinery to enhance their capacity, in order to withstand higher speed, feed and load within the available space.

For original equipment manufacturers, we do the design of gearbox to suit their requirements with Bill of Materials and complete manufacturing drawing including the making of prototypes.

Metrology & Calibration Facilities

We have the necessary calibration facilities with us, as such almost all the instruments are calibrated periodically in-house. With Universal length Measurement Machine - LAB CONCEPT - 1000 (Make - TRIMOS - 0.3µm accuracy) we can check the following

Auto Error Compensation

Auto error compensation is the software using which measurement of the actual error, feed the data to the compatible machine tool control system (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) so that it automatically compensates for the existing position error.

Monochromatic Checklite - To check the parallelism and flatness of the measuring faces of the gauges. Accuracy less than one light band ie. 0.000295 mm
